CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY GLADES?Updated 4 hours ago

Yep! Within 30 days of delivery, just make sure what you are returning is unworn and still in the original packaging. Use this link to initiate your return or exchange. Refunds are subject to a handling fee and will be issued 3-5 days after delivery. 

The return label and/or QR code will expire 28 days after initiation.  Please make sure to obtain a drop-off receipt for returns, we are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier or shipment center. The drop-off receipt is the confirmation of the return. If you are sending the return using your own carrier we are not responsible for returned items that we do not receive. We do not reimburse for return labels paid for by customers.

We offer easy returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. We do not charge any handling fees for exchanges or returns for store credit. However, a flat $9.99 is deducted from refunds to cover the cost of the return shipping label we provide for domestic orders.

For returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions on our Return & Exchange Portal and a label will be provided for you there.

Please note, that we international orders & Meta Orders (Facebook, Instagram, & Marketplace) are only eligible for returns and not eligible for automated exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
