WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?Updated 20 days ago

We process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.  

Please keep in mind that during our busy periods, the processing of your order could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, send us a note at [email protected].

We'll shoot you an email once your order ships with your tracking number and a link to where you can see the shipment status. Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours for the tracking information to register on the carrier’s website. Make sure to check your spam or junk mail folders if you didn't get anything.

For holiday shipping to the US, orders must be placed by the following dates:
  • Economy shipping: Monday, December 15th
  • Standard shipping: December 19th
  • Expedited shipping: December 22nd
For holiday shipping to Canada, orders must be placed by the following dates:
  • DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct: December 4th
  • UPS Standard: December 9th
For holiday shipping outside of North America, orders must be placed by the following dates:
  • DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct: December 1st
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: December 4th
